Brad was introduced to directional drilling at the age of 16 when he was employed by his father Bill Boote at All States Directional Drilling Pty Ltd in 1996.  Here Brad worked his way up to crew leader and was involved in the installation of major optic fibre lines and extensive pipe installations for companies such as Powertel and Enetech (Telstra) up and down the east coast of Australia.
